Delivery
Within Ukraine:
We will deliver your order to any point in Ukraine (excluding temporarily occupied territories). Orders can be sent by either the state enterprise of Ukraine “Ukrposhta” or the “Nova Poshta” service or other delivery services. We will provide you with a tracking number or delivery time for your order.
Please note that our prices do not include the cost of delivery. It will be added to your order during checkout. For an accurate calculation of the delivery cost or any assistance with ordering, please send an email to hello@kint.shop or message us on Telegram/WhatsApp.
The estimated delivery time within Ukraine is 1-7 business days. We must inform you that sometimes delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control and related to the state of war in the territory of Ukraine.
Delivery to other countries:
We deliver orders worldwide (except for Russia, Belarus, and Iran).
For international shipments, we use trusted couriers such as TNT, DHL, or UPS. To protect the products from possible damage, we always ensure they are securely packaged.
The cost of packaging will be added to your order during checkout.

Return and exchange:
The return of goods is possible in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine within 14 days. To do this, you must write an email to hello@kint.shop, specifying the subject of the email as “Exchange” or “Return”.
The exchange of goods is carried out within 14 business days from the moment the customer contacts us. Return address: Kyiv, Mykhaila Maksymovycha Street, 4.
Compensation for the cost of goods of inadequate quality amounts to 100% of the order value. Compensation for the cost of goods of proper quality amounts to 80% of the total order amount if this item was customized specifically to the customer's needs, as previously stated in the contract between the seller and the buyer.
Refunds are made by non-cash or cash settlement within five banking days from the moment the return request is processed. For goods of inadequate quality, transportation costs are covered by the seller. The buyer pays all transportation costs for goods of proper quality
